Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Unitech Solution India is hiring an Assistant Engineer / Engineer – Melting for an Investment Casting manufacturing setup located in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. The role belongs to the Melting department and oversees furnace operations and metallurgical processes. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle day-to-day melting and furnace operations. - Monitor furnace temperature, charging, melting, and pouring activities. - Manage raw materials, alloys, and optimize material utilization. - Ensure required chemical composition and metallurgical quality standards are met. - Coordinate closely with Production and Quality teams. - Maintain shift-wise production logs and detailed melting records. - Follow safety procedures rigorously and minimize wastage and process losses. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Educational Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Metallurgy / Metallurgical Engineering. - Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. - Preferred exposure in Foundry / Investment Casting industry. - Hands-on experience or exposure to Induction Furnace operations. - Strong knowledge of melting practices, metallurgy principles, alloy preparation, and chemical compositions. - Freshers with relevant Metallurgy qualifications and basic melting knowledge may also apply. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Full-time manufacturing plant role located in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. - Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their CV via WhatsApp or Email.
