Job description
Role & Company / Project Overview: Avaalli is seeking a Product Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join the team and help design meaningful experiences for its Source-to-Pay (S2P) SaaS platform. The role is focused on turning complex enterprise workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences across procurement and enterprise SaaS domains. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI across S2P modules. - Simplify complex business rules, approval workflows, and data-heavy processes. - Create interactive prototypes and validate design concepts. - Contribute to and work within an established design system. - Conduct competitive analysis across procurement/S2P products. - Collaborate closely with Product, Functional, and Engineering teams. - Design for edge cases, errors, empty states, bulk actions, and role-based experiences. - Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation. - Present design decisions and iterate based on stakeholder feedback. - Apply UX, accessibility, and emerging enterprise product design best practices. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 2+ years of hands-on Product / UX / UI Design experience (2–4 years total experience). - Strong proficiency in Figma – Auto Layout, Components, Variants & Prototyping. - Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy. - Experience designing forms, tables, dashboards, and multi-step workflows. - Experience working with design systems. - Basic knowledge of user research and usability testing. - Understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA and responsive design. - Ability to communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving processes, not just final designs. - Good to Have: Experience with Procurement, Finance, ERP, Supply Chain, S2P, P2P, or AP Automation products. - Good to Have: Basic HTML/CSS or knowledge of Angular/React. - Good to Have: Experience with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools.
