• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring for the role of AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Denial Management. Looking for dynamic professionals to join our team, with immediate joiners strongly preferred. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage accounts receivable processes and handle denial management efficiently. - Follow up on unpaid, denied, or pending healthcare claims with insurance payers. - Resolve complex claim denials and ensure accurate, timely reimbursement. - Work with CMS-1500 or UB-04 claim forms and navigate denial resolution workflows. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Healthcare RCM / AR Calling. - Required Skills: - PB (Physician Billing) – CMS-1500 with Denials, OR - HB (Hospital Billing) – UB-04 with Denials. - Strong understanding of medical billing and denial management practices. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore (Bengaluru), Karnataka, India. - Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience). • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should apply and share their profile via the provided contact details.
