Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: A leading private university in Bengaluru is inviting applications for the position of Associate Professor in Computer Science & Engineering on a full-time, on-campus basis. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Deliver lectures across relevant undergraduate and postgraduate CSE courses. - Conduct and oversee hands-on laboratory sessions and student research projects. - Provide research guidance and project supervision to scholars and students. - Maintain high research output and active scholarly contributions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Mandatory Ph.D. in CSE / Computer Science / IT or a closely related field. - Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research experience. - Minimum 7 relevant research publications as per applicable UGC norms. - Research guidance and project supervision experience preferred. - Expertise in preferred specialisations: AI/ML, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, IoT, Embedded Systems, DSA, DBMS, Operating Systems, or Computer Networks. - Strong communication and classroom delivery skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Days & Shift: Full-time on-campus role. - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. - Joining Timeline: Within 30–60 days. • Compensation & Benefits: - Compensation aligned with UGC norms and profile. • Application Instructions: - Share your updated CV mentioning your position of interest, specialisation, subjects taught, research publications, certifications, current location, and notice period via email. - Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
