• Role & Company / Project Overview Bhanzu is looking for an experienced Learning Experience Manager - R&D with strong expertise in English Curriculum Development to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and enhance learning experiences, work closely with leadership, and hold high ownership to make a meaningful impact. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead and manage a team of 4 to 5 members within the R&D and curriculum development division. - Drive English curriculum development across core learning modules. - Create high-quality lesson plans, worksheets, and student assessments. - Focus on curriculum development tailored for young learners, preferably Grades 1–3. - Incorporate Creative Writing, Public Speaking, and English Language Learning into engaging educational content. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Graduate or Postgraduate degree in English Language, Literature, or Education. - 3+ years of relevant experience in curriculum design and learning experience management. - Strong, proven experience in English curriculum development. - Demonstrated expertise in Creative Writing, Public Speaking, and English Language Learning. - Hands-on experience developing lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments. - Prior experience working with young learners (Grades 1–3 preferred). - Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–5 members. - Experience with EdTech, Common Core, or NAPLAN standards will be considered an added advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time. - Schedule: 6 Days a Week. - Workplace Type: Work from Office. - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. • Compensation & Benefits - High ownership and direct collaboration with leadership. - Opportunity to shape impactful learning journeys. • Application Instructions Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated CV directly to the recruiter email provided in the contact information.
