• Role & Company / Project Overview BlueRose Technologies is hiring a Senior Pega Developer with mandatory Pega Constellation experience for a leading global client. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and develop scalable enterprise-level Pega applications. - Develop Pega PRPC modules following defined architecture and best practices. - Work on complex business workflows, case management, and integrations. - Prepare high-level and low-level technical designs. - Troubleshoot and debug Pega applications using Tracer, Clipboard, and other debugging tools. - Collaborate with stakeholders and guide development teams on technical solutions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 7 to 15 years of relevant experience. - Mandatory Certification: Pega CSSA or CLSA. - Strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC Design & Development. - Mandatory hands-on experience in Pega Constellation. - Good understanding of Pega Cosmos. - Strong knowledge of Pega Integration and Case Management. - Experience with Data Pages, Activities, Flows, Decision Rules, and PRPC configurations. - Knowledge of Kafka Integration. - Experience in Solution Design & Architecture. - Understanding of Pega Upgrade and Migration. - Experience with any Pega Framework such as Customer Service (CSF), Smart Dispute, CPM, or related frameworks. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and OOP skills. - Good understanding of Pega architecture and design patterns. - Strong communication and technical documentation skills. - Ability to lead and deliver enterprise-level Pega solutions. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bengaluru - Work Mode: Hybrid - Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days • Compensation & Benefits - Maximum CTC: Up to 22 LPA • Application Instructions - Submit updated resume with email subject formatted as 'Senior Pega Developer | Current Location | Notice Period'.
