• Role & Company / Project Overview ACHNET (Achiever's Network) is organizing a multi-role Virtual Campus Drive 2026–27 to connect emerging student talent with promising career opportunities. We are seeking enthusiastic fresher candidates for the role of Software Developer to join our technical team. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following organizational coding standards. - Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to resolve bugs, implement feature updates, and enhance system performance. - Engage actively in scheduled assessments, code reviews, and structured hiring milestones. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Open to freshers and graduating students eligible for the 2026–27 Campus Drive batch. - Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Foundational knowledge of software engineering concepts, data structures, algorithms, and core programming languages. - Strong problem-solving attitude, eagerness to learn, and solid analytical skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Work From Office. - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. - Drive format: Virtual Campus Drive process for colleges and B-schools across Karnataka. • Application Instructions - Colleges, TPOs, Placement Heads, and B-School leaders can partner with ACHNET for their students to participate in the virtual hiring drive.
