### Role & Company / Project Overview Pratra Travel Technologies is looking for a hands-on Senior .NET Technical Lead to drive backend development and build scalable travel technology solutions. We are looking for a strong professional who enjoys coding, solving complex problems, and leading technical delivery. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Drive backend development and build scalable travel technology solutions. - Design and develop clean, robust services adhering to Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns. - Develop and optimize REST APIs, integrating systems smoothly and securely. - Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers while remaining hands-on with development. - Oversee API integrations, performance optimization, and application security. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8–12 years of software development experience (8+ years mandatory). - Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior Software Engineer. - Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern .NET. - In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server. - Strong foundation in Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns. - Solid experience in API integrations, performance optimization, and application security. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Proven ability to lead developers while staying actively involved in hands-on coding. - Experience with Azure, Microservices, and AI integration is an advantage. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Hybrid work model available). ### Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary. - Technical ownership and career growth. - Opportunity to work on modern travel technology products. - Collaborative work environment. ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resume with the recruitment team.
