Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for Relationship / Sales professionals (RMPA – Relationship / Sales Manager CASA) for Bank – Branch Banking at the Sanjay Nagar Branch in Bangalore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Acquire new-to-bank CASA customers through open-market sourcing. - Generate leads and achieve monthly CASA acquisition targets. - Manage customer onboarding and ensure smooth transition to branch banking. - Drive account activation and customer engagement. - Cross-sell relevant banking products and services. - Develop relationships with SME/business customers. - Identify opportunities within commercial catchments and local markets. - Ensure compliance with Bank policies, KYC and AML guidelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 2–3 years of experience in New-to-Bank CASA / Current Account Acquisition. - Experience working with a Bank is mandatory. - Strong experience in open-market lead generation & customer acquisition. - Experience in Current Account / Savings Account acquisition. - Ability to acquire High-Value / SME Current Accounts. - Strong knowledge of commercial catchments and local business segments. - Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills. - Good understanding of CASA, Business Banking and preferably Trade / FX. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Fluency in English and the local language. - Good Excel / computer skills. - Presentable with good grooming standards. - Minimum Graduate qualification (MBA / IRDA qualification will be an advantage). - Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred / Immediate mandatory. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Sanjay Nagar Branch, Bangalore. - Drive Date: 08 October 2026 (Thursday), 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. - Interview: Face-to-Face (F2F) mandatory after profile shortlisting. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (₹5,50,000 per annum). • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated resume at the designated email address. - Please mention “RMPA – Bangalore” in the subject line. - Note: Candidates will be called for the F2F interview only after profile shortlisting.
