• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a GCC Sales Engine Solution Advisory Manager based in Bengaluru. We are seeking a strong GCC pursuit specialist with proven background in consulting, sales pursuits, proposal management, and Global Capability Center (GCC) / Global Business Services (GBS) engagements. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop compelling pursuit proposals, solution narratives, executive summaries, and case studies. - Support end-to-end sales pursuits, spanning from qualification through submission and high-stakes client presentations. - Drive stakeholder collaboration across Strategy, Delivery, Operations, Sales, and senior leadership teams. - Develop differentiated value propositions and competitive win themes. - Support orals preparation, encompassing pitch presentations, speaker coaching materials, and Q&A frameworks. - Contribute actively to win/loss analysis and the creation of reusable sales assets. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience. - Must possess GCC/GBS strategy, setup, operating models, governance, transformation, or pursuit experience. - Strong expertise in proposal management, sales strategy, and business development. - Hands-on experience across end-to-end pursuits including qualification, solutioning, proposals, and submissions. - Excellent written communication and executive storytelling capabilities. - Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and senior executive leadership. - Important Note: GCC delivery or operations experience alone is insufficient; candidates must have meaningful exposure to sales, business development, proposal management, or large-deal pursuits. - Good to Have: Exposure to the APAC market, AI-enabled GCC solutions, pursuit analytics and win/loss analysis, and knowledge management practices. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. - Work arrangement: Full-time standard corporate hours. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their updated CV via direct message or recruitment email.
