Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Solutions Architect / Technical Presales professional with strong expertise in Data Centre infrastructure, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), virtualization, storage, and backup solutions for our Bengaluru location. This is a high-priority technical presales and solution architecture position. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead technical solution design and end-to-end Data Centre architecture development. • Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BoM) and comprehensive technical proposals. • Deliver customer presentations and lead in-depth technical discussions. • Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) implementations for prospective and existing clients. • Drive customer-facing technical engagements and translate business requirements into robust infrastructure solutions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10 to 15 years of experience in Technical Presales, Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Data Centre Infrastructure. • Strong Nutanix HCI expertise, including Nutanix AHV, Prism, and Files. • Proven experience with VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V. • Hands-on expertise with Red Hat virtualization and infrastructure. • Proficient in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), specifically Citrix and VMware Horizon. • Solid knowledge of SAN and NAS storage environments. • In-depth experience with Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, Cohesity, or similar platforms. • Knowledge of Enterprise Servers (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, SMC). • Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills. • Preferred Certifications: Nutanix NCP/NCM, VMware VCP, or relevant Data Centre certifications. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. • Regular full-time role. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: 20 LPA (INR 2,000,000 per year).
