• Role & Company / Project Overview: Foxconn is looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Level Engineer (E2) – RF / AP Project Manager to join the team at Foxconn Bengaluru. The candidate should possess a strong technical background in project management and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing and technology environment. Looking for immediate joiners or candidates with a 1-month notice period. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage the complete project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closure. - Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and monitor overall progress. - Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Track project schedules, proactively resolve delays, and drive recovery plans. - Lead project meetings, prepare detailed status reports, and escalate critical issues when necessary. - Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by coordinating Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams. - Lead issue resolution through root cause analysis, action planning, and closure tracking. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. - Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience. - Strong presentation and reporting skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Foxconn, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. - Notice Period: Immediate joiner or maximum 1 month notice period. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified in the job posting. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should send their updated resume to the designated recruitment email addresses.
