TESCRA India is hiring a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager for its growing IT Services & Solutions business based full-time on-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The core responsibilities include developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with core business goals, leading integrated campaigns across digital, content, social, email, and event platforms, and driving brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. The manager will collaborate closely with sales teams for Go-To-Market (GTM) alignment, analyze campaign performance and ROI, and create compelling marketing collateral and thought leadership content. Requires a mandatory MBA qualification with a minimum of 10+ years of proven experience. Strong exposure to the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem and digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, content, social) is highly required.
