• Role & Company / Project Overview Opening for a Mechanical Designer Engineer for a 3–6 months contract role (extendable) based in Yashwanthpura, Bengaluru. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Perform design and engineering of heavy industrial equipment. - Work on design and engineering of equipment such as tanks, furnaces, crushers, feeders, ball mills, hoppers, silos, and chutes. - Apply fabrication and manufacturing processes in engineering designs. - Implement industry standards including ISO, DIN, IS, ANSI, and ASME. - Utilize ASME Y14.5 (GD&T) standards in design documentation and drafting. - Collaborate on engineering deliverables using CAD and PLM/PDM systems. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University. - 5+ years of overall experience (5–10 years of relevant experience in Design & Engineering of Equipment in industries such as Metals, Minerals, Mining, Chemicals, Power & Cement). - Preferred experience in design and engineering of equipment like Tanks, Furnaces, Crushers, Feeders, Ball Mills, Hoppers, Silos, and Chutes. - In-depth knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes. - Well versed with ISO, DIN, IS, ANSI & ASME standards. - Proficient in ASME Y14.5 (GD&T). - Experience working with global clients is an added advantage. - Software knowledge: SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, EDM/PDM, Vault, PLM - ENOVIA. - Sound engineering and design knowledge with excellent interpersonal skills. - Notice Period: Immediate / 30 Days / Serving Notice Period. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Yashwanthpura, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. - Work Mode: WFO (Work From Office / On-site). - Contract Duration: 3–6 Months (Extendable). - Interview Mode: L1 interview will be Virtual; L2 interview will be face-to-face at Yashwanthpura, Bengaluru. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with Current CTC, Expected CTC, and Notice Period.
