Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: Company is seeking Order Management (OM) Specialists to join the Global Operations & Shared Services team in Bengaluru. Multiple career levels are open: CL 11 (Software Engineering Analyst: 3 to 6 Years), CL 10 (Senior Analyst: 5 to 8 Years), and CL 9 (Consultant: 7 to 11 Years). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage end-to-end Order Management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. - Handle invoicing, pricing, contract administration, and fulfillment coordination. - Manage enterprise systems for transaction processing and operational tracking. - Execute exception management, root cause analysis (RCA), compliance controls, and process continuous improvement across shared services and supply chain workflows. - Generate operational reports and executive presentations using advanced analytics tools. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Any Graduation (15 years of full-time education required). - Experience: 3 to 11 years depending on career level (CL 11: 3-6 years, CL 10: 5-8 years, CL 9: 7-11 years). - Must-Have Technical & Domain Skills: - Order Management & O2C: End-to-end Order Management, Order-to-Cash (O2C), invoicing, pricing, contract administration, and fulfillment coordination. - ERP & CRM Systems: Hands-on experience with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce. - Analytics & Reporting: High proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (reporting, data analysis, dashboards), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. - Operational Excellence: Exception management, root cause analysis (RCA), compliance controls, and continuous process improvement. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – Work From Office (WFO). - Shift: US Shift. - Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days Notice Period. • Compensation & Benefits: - Both-side cab facility provided. • Application Instructions: - Send updated resume to the contact email or apply via the direct link.
