Role & Company / Project Overview: People Integra is hiring an Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment efforts in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Guide recruiters, manage escalations, and drive recruitment delivery and process improvements. • Lead recruitment delivery, formulate sourcing strategies, and ensure recruitment governance. • Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to align and meet critical hiring targets. • Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and time-to-hire. • Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations from sourcing to candidate onboarding. • Manage bulk, lateral, niche, and executive hiring assignments. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment delivery, sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, team guidance, and recruitment governance. • Preferred Skills: Talent Acquisition, End-to-End Recruitment, Bulk Hiring, Candidate Sourcing, Stakeholder Management, Recruitment Strategy, Team Leadership.
