### Role & Company / Project Overview TalentAccel is hiring an experienced Manager – Business Finance to drive financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cost optimisation, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial acumen, business partnering capabilities, and proven experience in managing finance teams. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Prepare and present financial reports, providing actionable insights to management. • Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales performance, and business profitability. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. • Monitor financial performance against business plans and identify improvement areas. • Identify cost-reduction opportunities and drive financial efficiency. • Develop financial trends, projections, and investment strategies. • Oversee finance operations and ensure effective financial controls. • Coordinate with auditors and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance. • Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic business decisions. • Present financial scenarios, risks, and recommendations to senior management. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Business Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. • Certifications: CFA / CPA or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage. • Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis. • Demonstrated experience in cost management, profitability analysis, and business performance reviews. • Proven people management and team leadership skills. • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. • In-depth knowledge of statutory regulations and financial compliance. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. • Employment Type: Full-time / Onsite. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated CVs via the provided email or WhatsApp.
