Role & Company / Project Overview: XYONSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Marketing Manager to join their growing team focused on innovation, technology, and career development. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns. • Manage digital marketing, social media, and promotional activities. • Generate leads and improve brand visibility. • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for courses, services, and company initiatives. • Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. • Coordinate with the sales, HR, and business development teams. • Build partnerships and explore new business opportunities. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2–5 years of experience in marketing or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. • Good leadership, planning, and team-management skills. • Ability to achieve marketing and business targets. • Experience in the IT/EdTech industry is an added advantage. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Employment Type: Full-Time. • Location: Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Compensation & Benefits: • Package: 10 - 12 LPA (Lakhs per annum).
