### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced Data Migration / ETL Engineer to work on critical data migration and pipeline projects in Bangalore (Umeya). ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead and execute data migration initiatives from Sybase ASE to Oracle. • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Apache NiFi. • Implement Change Data Capture (CDC), schema conversion, and data reconciliation mechanisms. • Perform SQL and Oracle PL/SQL development with focus on performance tuning across diverse databases. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 4–6 Years of relevant hands-on experience. • Database & SQL Skills: Strong SQL & Oracle PL/SQL expertise, including advanced performance tuning. • Migration Expertise: Hands-on experience in Sybase ASE to Oracle migration. • ETL Tools: Proven expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Apache NiFi. • Data Engineering Practices: Solid experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, CDC, schema conversion, and data reconciliation. • Multi-Database Knowledge: Working knowledge of Oracle, Sybase, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Bangalore (Umeya), Karnataka, India. • Work Mode: Onsite / Standard Working Hours. ### Compensation & Benefits • Standard company compensation package based on industry benchmarks and experience. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resumes to the email address specified in the contact section.
