• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are conducting a walk-in hiring drive for fresh graduates for the position of Inbound Customer Support – Voice Process in Bengaluru. This role focuses on providing high-quality support to customers via inbound calling. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously. - Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries effectively. - Provide accurate and timely information within defined SLA and resolution timelines. - Maintain accurate customer records and log all interactions into the CRM/system. - Strictly follow process guidelines, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards. - Ensure a positive, empathetic, and satisfactory customer experience on every interaction. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply. - Education: Graduation completed is mandatory. - Language Proficiency: Fluent Hindi + English communication is mandatory; candidates must be comfortable communicating with customers in both languages. - Technical/Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and navigation skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: RMZ Ecoworld, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. - Work Mode: 100% Onsite (Work from office). - Shifts & Schedule: Rotational shifts, comfortable working on weekends, and rotational weekly offs. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Walk-In Drive scheduled for 6th October 2026.
