### Role & Company / Project Overview ValueSoft Info Services is hiring an experienced Senior Cloud Network Administrator to manage, optimize, and secure cloud network infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and AWS environments. The role involves working on innovative cloud infrastructure projects ensuring high availability, performance, and security. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, implement, configure, and manage cloud network infrastructure across Azure and AWS. • Configure and maintain network connectivity services, including Azure ExpressRoute, AWS Direct Connect, VPCs/VNets, DMZs, cloud firewalls, and INAC proxies. • Monitor network performance, availability, and security across both cloud and on-premises environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity and cloud infrastructure issues. • Implement and maintain robust network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and industry-standard security controls. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident, change, and problem management using ServiceNow. • Ensure high availability, reliability, and full compliance with industry best practices. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in cloud networking and network administration. • Strong understanding of network architecture, including routers, switches, firewalls, network protocols, and core networking concepts. • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud networking services (Azure ExpressRoute, AWS Direct Connect, Virtual Networks/VPCs, DMZs, cloud firewalls, INAC proxies, or Multi-Cloud experience). • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud infrastructure. • Hands-on experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and iPerf. • In-depth knowledge of network security practices, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and standard security techniques. • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools, specifically ServiceNow, for managing incidents, changes, and problem records. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. • Work Mode: Hybrid (Onsite at Client). ### Application Instructions Share your updated CV/resume with the recruiting team.
