Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Brainstorm Infotech is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead Building Information Modeling coordination, clash management, and model federation for structural projects across North America. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct comprehensive clash detection and multidisciplinary resolution. • Manage federated models and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). • Ensure alignment across architectural, structural, and MEP trades. • Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external project stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2 to 4 years of hands-on BIM coordination experience. • Proficiency in Navisworks, Autodesk Revit (preferred), and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred). • Familiarity with Revizto, Autodesk Forma, and AutoCAD. • Strong grasp of BIM standards, clash detection workflows, and model federation. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: #1, 84/475, Kengeri Main Road, opposite Shell Petrol Bunk, Kengeri, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560060, India. • Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM | Monday to Friday. • Work Mode: Onsite.
