• Role & Company / Project Overview: Shreyas Media is strengthening and expanding its full-time operations in Bengaluru across five major film industries (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi). We are hiring a Karnataka Business Head to lead operations, drive business growth, and oversee high-impact film promotions, grand movie events, digital campaigns, celebrity experiences, and innovative entertainment marketing. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and expand the overall business operations in Karnataka across Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi film industries. - Drive revenue generation, strategic expansion, and client relationships across film promotions, experiential marketing, and brand partnerships. - Oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale movie marketing campaigns and grand promotional events. - Manage leadership teams across media relations, event production, and creative marketing. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experienced leader with proven track record in the entertainment, media, film marketing, events, or advertising industries. - Strong industry network, established film industry connections, creativity, and robust strategic execution skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Full-time on-site operations in Bengaluru, Karnataka. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation as per industry standards. • Application Instructions: - Send your CV and portfolio to the provided recruitment email or contact via phone/WhatsApp.
