Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking an experienced Deputy Construction Manager for the PMC Project Team overseeing the Steel Complex in Bellara, Algeria across a 46-month lifecycle. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Assist in leading construction coordination and site supervision across all plant packages. - Oversee progress on the Air Separation Unit (ASU), existing substation/power distribution upgrade, and water treatment plant. - Supervise road construction between the main plant and Balance of Plant (BOP). - Coordinate commissioning activities and performance test verification with contractors. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Substantial managerial background in PMC construction activities for steel plants, steel mills, or major heavy industrial projects. - Eligibility: Open to Egyptian nationals currently based in Algeria or Egypt. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Project Duration: 46 months. - Location: Bellara, Jijel Province, Algeria (onshore / camp-based). - Rotation: 45 days on / 10 days off. - Camp accommodation provided. • Compensation & Benefits - Camp accommodation provided. • Application Instructions - Email CV specifying the applied position, current location (Algeria or Egypt), expected salary in USD or DZD, and steel plant PMC background.
