• Role & Company / Project Overview: Brasserie Almaza s.a.l. is looking for a Cellar Operator to join its expanding operations team as part of the company's supply chain expansion. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Operate cellar machinery and equipment according to standard brewing procedures. - Monitor fermentation, filtration, and storage parameters. - Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and quality compliance across cellar areas. - Collaborate with maintenance and brewing teams to ensure continuous process efficiency. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience operating cellar, brewing, or liquid processing equipment in an industrial food/beverage environment. - Strong attention to hygiene, quality control, and standard operating procedures. - Good troubleshooting and operational skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Lebanon (Brasserie Almaza facility). - Standard on-site industrial shifts. • Application Instructions: - Apply via the application link or send CV to the HR email address with the position in the subject line, or contact via WhatsApp chat.
