• Role & Company / Project Overview: NES Fircroft is recruiting qualified piping specialists for projects in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and EPC industry in Batam. We are specifically looking for an accomplished Piping SV ASME PCC-1 Level 3 specialist to manage flange joint assembly, bolted connections, and piping integrity. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee and inspect bolted flange joint assembly (BFJA) in strict accordance with ASME PCC-1 guidelines. - Supervise critical piping torqueing, bolt tensioning, gasket verification, and assembly operations. - Enforce quality management standards across piping construction, testing, and commissioning activities. - Review technical procedures, qualification of bolt-up technicians, and ensure proper documentation of joint integrity. - Liaise with client engineers, EPC contractors, and quality inspectors to resolve technical piping issues. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Mandatory qualification/certification in ASME PCC-1 Level 3. - In-depth, solid experience in piping construction, testing, commissioning, and relevant ASME standards. - Demonstrated expertise within large-scale Oil and Gas, Energy, or EPC project environments. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Batam, Riau Islands, Indonesia. - Industry: Oil and Gas / Energy / EPC. - Site-based project working hours. • Application Instructions: - Interested applicants or qualified professionals are invited to submit their updated CV via the specified recruitment email.
