• Role & Company / Project Overview: Piramal Finance is expanding its Collections and Recovery team and looking for experienced, result-oriented Branch Recovery Managers to strengthen secured lending recovery operations. The role is responsible for managing high-delinquency portfolios with strong field recovery and leadership capabilities. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage field recovery operations for secured lending products - Handle and resolve high-delinquency portfolios, specifically 300+ DPD delinquent accounts - Execute recovery strategies for Home Loans (HL) and Loans Against Property (LAP) - Lead and manage field collections efforts to ensure effective portfolio recovery • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 4–6 years of experience in field collections within NBFC, Banking, or BFSI sector - Hands-on experience managing 300+ DPD delinquent accounts - Strong expertise in high-delinquency recovery and collections - Mandatory experience in secured loan collections (Home Loans / Loans Against Property) • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh - Employment Type: Permanent | On-roll | Full-time • Compensation & Benefits: - Annual CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹10.5 LPA • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should share an updated CV along with Current Location, Total Experience, Relevant HL/LAP Recovery Experience, Current CTC, Expected CTC, Preferred Job Location, and Email ID.
