Role & Company / Project Overview: eTeam is hiring an experienced SAP EWM Business User / Key User to join the team in Bangkok, Thailand. The position supports warehouse operations, logistics systems, and enterprise digital transformation. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Act as an operational Key User / Business User / Super User for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). • Support daily warehouse, inventory, and logistics execution processes within SAP EWM. • Execute and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), testing cycles, issue validation, and process improvement workflows. • Collaborate with logistics teams and technical support to resolve day-to-day warehouse process issues. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience working with SAP EWM. • In-depth knowledge of warehouse management and logistics processes. • Proven experience as a Key User, Business User, or Super User in an enterprise environment. • Hands-on experience with UAT, functional testing, and operational process improvements.
