Role & Company / Project Overview: GiTi Tech Solutions is hiring a UI Developer / Full-Stack Mobile & Web Engineer for a leading banking client based in Bangalore. The role involves designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable mobile and web applications with strong hands-on expertise in Flutter, Dart, Vue.js, and TypeScript. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. • Design and develop responsive web applications using Vue.js and TypeScript. • Build reusable UI components and shared application modules. • Develop scalable frontend architecture for both mobile and web platforms. • Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services. • Implement authentication, authorization, secure session/token management, and API security. • Develop reusable services, state-management modules, utilities, and common components. • Analyze and troubleshoot issues across Flutter, Vue.js, TypeScript, APIs, and backend integrations. • Optimize application performance, startup time, rendering, network usage, and memory consumption. • Implement unit, widget/component, integration, and end-to-end tests. • Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and estimation. • Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, security, product, and architecture teams. • Contribute to coding standards, development guidelines, technical documentation, and engineering best practices. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 5+ years of experience. • MANDATORY hands-on experience developing applications across Flutter + Vue.js + TypeScript. • Candidate must independently handle end-to-end feature development: UI -> state management -> business logic -> API integration -> security -> testing -> build/release across Flutter and Vue.js/TypeScript. • Strong emphasis on hands-on coding ability, architecture, TypeScript fundamentals, Vue.js internals, Flutter expertise, API integration, security, performance, debugging, and problem-solving skills. • Experience in Banking, FinTech, Payments, UPI, or digital financial services. • Candidate must be an immediate joiner and Bangalore-based, available for a face-to-face (F2F) interview round. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Divyasree Chambers, Bangalore. • Work Mode: 5 days Work from Office (On-site). • Interview Mode: Face to Face. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary Range: 20-22 LPA (INR 2,000,000 to INR 2,200,000 per annum, including 10% variables).
