Role & Company / Project Overview: Right Side Story LLP is hiring Workshop Facilitator Interns to conduct engaging health and wellbeing workshops for school students from Grades 5–12. Facilitators turn passion into purpose, helping young students build awareness around adolescent wellbeing and social impact. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct interactive puberty workshops for school students across Grades 5 to 12. • Facilitate classroom sessions on menstrual health, personal hygiene, self-care, and adolescent wellbeing. • Encourage active student participation through interactive group discussions and engaging activities. • Foster a safe, respectful, empathetic, and inclusive learning environment. • Coordinate directly with school administrative authorities and submit detailed workshop reports and participant feedback. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Students and fresh graduates in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Public Health, Counselling, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related academic fields. • Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Enthusiastic about engaging with young learners and facilitating structured group activities. • Prior experience in teaching, training, youth engagement, or counselling is an added advantage. • Willingness to travel locally to assigned schools within Bangalore. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (on-site school visits). • Work Mode: On-site at schools. • Program Duration: 3 Months. • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred. • Training: Unpaid virtual training provided prior to deployment. Compensation & Benefits: • ₹1,000 per day for assigned workshop days. • Travel reimbursement provided as per company travel policy.
