Role & Company / Project Overview: TalentOne is hiring an experienced Senior Analyst – SAP S/4HANA EAM to support and drive application operations, configuration, and project implementations across Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) environments. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and support SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance (PM) Module, and SAP S/4HANA operations. • Perform hands-on configuration and end-to-end Asset Management using SAP EAM. • Manage integrations between SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA and other core modules such as Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO). • Support and implement mobile asset management solutions including SAP Work Manager and SAP Asset Manager. • Handle application operations support, project implementation, Master Data Governance (MDG), and SAP EAM extensions such as Utopia. • Follow ITIL-based management practices and Agile methodologies in daily project execution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: 8 to 12 years of professional experience supporting SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance Module, and SAP S/4HANA. • Hands-on expertise in SAP EAM configuration and Enterprise Asset Management. • Solid integration knowledge with SAP MM, FI, and CO modules. • Familiarity with SAP Work Manager, SAP Asset Manager, Master Data Governance (MDG), and Utopia extensions. • Working knowledge of ITIL service frameworks and Agile methodologies.
