### Role & Company / Project Overview Olyntrix Consultancy Private Limited is hiring for the position of Workday & Dayforce SME. The role will support an Okta to Microsoft Entra ID transformation project as part of the Lifecycle & Workflow workstream. The role will contribute to a controlled, governance-led migration that protects business continuity, validates rollback readiness, and prepares the future-state environment for operational ownership. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Validate Workday and Dayforce as authoritative HR sources and map employee lifecycle events and attributes. • Define source-of-truth rules, data ownership, employee status handling, and exception scenarios. • Support integration design and operational processes for joiner, mover, leaver, contractor, and organizational changes. • Coordinate HR data validation, lifecycle testing, and defect resolution across teams. • Document dependencies, controls, and operational support procedures for operational handover. • Support a smooth and controlled identity transformation. ### Key Deliverables & Success Measures • Deliverables: HR source and attribute mapping, lifecycle event requirements, integration validation evidence, HR dependency and exception register. • Success Measures: Assigned deliverables are completed to agreed quality and governance standards; risks, dependencies, defects, and decisions are identified early and managed transparently; testing, evidence, rollback, and operational-readiness requirements are completed before production progression; knowledge is transferred through clear documentation, walkthroughs, and support enablement. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 5–7 Years of relevant experience. • Core Technical Skills: Workday and/or Dayforce integration experience; strong background in HR data, worker lifecycle, and organizational attributes; deep knowledge of identity provisioning and integration patterns; hands-on experience in data mapping, validation, and exception handling. • Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate seamlessly with HR, IAM, and application teams. • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Program Delivery, or a related discipline. • Certifications (Advantageous): Relevant Microsoft, Okta, IT service management, security, change management, or project management certifications. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Work Mode: On-Site. ### Compensation & Benefits • CTC: ₹20 LPA. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via email.
