Job description
Role & Company / Project Overview: Clyptus is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Technical Architect based in Bangalore. The role requires strong technical architecture expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in enterprise-level implementations and Application Management Services (AMS) support. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Architect, lead, and deliver enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform solutions • Direct and oversee end-to-end CRM and Power Platform AMS support and implementation lifecycles • Design and execute robust Dynamics CRM integrations with external enterprise systems • Lead development activities involving Microsoft Power Platform and Power Pages • Enforce engineering best practices using GIT, TFS, and Agile methodologies • Conduct complex troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution across enterprise CRM setups • Drive technical leadership, lead large engineering teams, and manage stakeholder communication Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of relevant IT experience • Mandatory expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development • Mandatory hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Power Pages • Proven experience in CRM & Power Platform AMS Support • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM integrations with external third-party systems • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, GIT, and TFS • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and stakeholder communication skills • Demonstrated track record in technical architecture and managing large project teams for enterprise CRM solutions • Good to have: Scrum Master experience, Project and People Management, Business Analysis, Agile Delivery Methodologies, Workshop Facilitation, Storyboarding, and Prototyping • Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Certifications are preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Work Mode: Hybrid • Shift: General Shift (9:00 AM – 6:15 PM) Application Instructions: • Interested candidates should email their updated resume to the designated hiring contact with 'Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect' in the subject line.
