Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing Consultant. The position requires seasoned SAP IS-U professionals with deep expertise in Billing and Invoicing configuration, master data management, and rate determination to support enterprise utilities solutions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage end-to-end SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing processes, system configuration, functional testing, and ongoing production support. • Configure billing master data elements including Billing Class, Rate Type and Operand, Rates and Billing Schema, Rate Category, and Rate Determination. • Ensure seamless integration across relevant SAP IS-U modules such as Meter Reading (MR), FICA, BPEM, and EDM. • Author functional specifications, conduct gap analysis, perform defect management, and lead SIT/UAT through post-implementation support. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience. • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing configuration and operations. • Proven knowledge of integrating IS-U billing with Meter Reading, FICA, BPEM, and EDM. • Demonstrated track record in gap analysis, defect resolution, SIT/UAT phases, and functional specification creation. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
