Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Security & Core HR Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Fusion Security, Core HR, and end-to-end implementation projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Security and Core HR implementation activities. - Design and configure custom security roles, privileges, and access controls. - Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver appropriate security solutions. - Configure access to Fusion HCM pages based on business needs. - Lead implementation activities, testing, documentation, and client presentations. - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 8 years of overall experience. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Security. - Strong expertise in Fusion HCM Security and Core HR. - Experience in creating and configuring custom security roles and managing role-based access. - Hands-on experience with Design Studio to configure the required access levels for Fusion pages based on client requirements. - Must have led Security and Core HR workstreams with direct client interaction. - At least 4 end-to-end implementation projects as a Functional Consultant in Security/Core HR. - Good understanding of AIM/OUM methodologies, implementation phases, and project documentation. - Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. - Good to Have: Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Learning modules. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via the provided contact email.
