Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer for a 6-month contract role. The position requires strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience alongside Python and React/TypeScript skills. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide L2/L3 support, triage, and defect resolution. • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations and workflows. • Work with Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, GlideRecord, and server-side scripting. • Develop and maintain automated tests using Python and Playwright. • Perform API and database validation using Postman and SQL. • Work on React/TypeScript and API-driven backend maintenance. • Participate in code reviews, CI/CD, and release activities. • Troubleshoot production issues across distributed integrations. • Support customers in diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Overall Experience: 8–12 Years. • ServiceNow Development (3+ Years): Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Server-side scripting, ServiceNow ITSM / CMDB, OAuth2-based integrations. • Python (4+ Years): Backend development, API development, automation and scripting, debugging and integration work. • React / TypeScript (2.5+ Years): React/ReactJS development, TypeScript, API integration, frontend maintenance. • QA / Automation: Python-based test automation, Playwright, Postman, SQL, API and data validation. • AI-Assisted Development / QA: Experience with Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI development tools. • Good to Have: GitHub and CI/CD, ServiceNow CI/CD and Update Sets/XML exports, distributed systems and integration debugging, release management experience, customer support or on-call experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days WFO is mandatory). • Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST. • Interview: In-person L1 interview is mandatory. • Notice Period: Immediate joiners.
