Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring experienced Salesforce professionals with hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and AI-powered solutions using Agentforce. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design automation and orchestration using Salesforce Flow and Apex. • Integrate Salesforce with external REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. • Build and implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein capabilities, or conversational AI / generative AI platforms. • Configure and manage Salesforce security architecture including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Total Experience: 4–8 Years (Relevant experience - 4+ Years). • Mandatory Experience: 1+ Year in Salesforce AI / Agentforce. • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and configuration. • Expertise in Salesforce Flow, Apex, and SOQL. • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein capabilities, or conversational AI / generative AI platforms. • Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI grounding, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI guardrails. • Experience integrating Salesforce with external REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security. • Experience designing automation and orchestration using Salesforce Flow and Apex.
