Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst for one of our client requirements. This is a 12-month contract duration requirement with an FTE employment type. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories creation, and defining functional specifications - End-to-end management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test cases, defect management, and stakeholder management - Collaborate across teams utilizing Agile Board and the SAFe Agile framework - Oversee and assist with ServiceNow implementations and ServiceNow integrations • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience - 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations - Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM & SPM - Proven experience with Now Assist implementation - Familiarity with Agile Board and SAFe Agile framework - Sound knowledge of ServiceNow integrations - Exposure to WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) is an added advantage - Core Skills: ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, UAT, Agile/SAFe, Stakeholder Management, ServiceNow Integrations • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India - Contract Duration: 12 Months - Employment Type: Full-time / Contractual basis (FTE) • Compensation & Benefits: - Budget: Up to ₹2,50,000 per month (₹2.5 LPM) • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates or relevant referrals can submit their updated CV directly to the recruiter.
