• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are recruiting a Branch Sales Manager – Affordable Housing Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP) for Bangalore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Drive branch-level sales of Affordable Home Loans and LAP products. - Formulate and execute direct sourcing and local channel strategies to generate consistent business. - Handle customer relationships, ensuring high levels of service and achieving monthly sales targets. - Partner with local connectors, DSAs, and builders to expand the market footprint. - Oversee file documentation, ensuring thorough adherence to credit policies and seamless coordination with operations. - Monitor pipeline progress and guarantee timely loan disbursements. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Prior branch sales management experience in affordable home loans or mortgage financing. - Demonstrated ability to handle sales teams, build local partner networks, and meet retail disbursement goals. - Sound knowledge of KYC, retail credit evaluation, and legal documentation. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Work Mode: Onsite branch & field management. • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: Up to INR 7 LPA (7,00,000 per annum). • Application Instructions: - Interested professionals should share their updated profile via the provided application link or WhatsApp contact.
