• Role & Company / Project Overview: Burgeon IT Services is hiring an Oracle Cloud HCM Tester for a Contract to Hire (C2H) position based in Bangalore with a hybrid working setup. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Execute end-to-end testing across Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Test HCM modules including Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR - Implement and follow robust testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify, document, and track defects • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5 to 8 years of total experience in Oracle Cloud HCM testing - Proven hands-on experience in HCM modules like Payroll, Absence, and Core HR - Good knowledge of testing processes and methodologies - Good communication skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India - Work Model: Hybrid - Duration: Contract to Hire (C2H) - Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to submit their profile for immediate review.
