Role & Company / Project Overview: Venpa Staffing is recruiting a Business Controls Analyst specializing in US Mortgage operations for an onsite position based in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Perform transactional testing across US mortgage business processes • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify control gaps • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential operational risks • Work collaboratively with Compliance, Operational Risk, and Business teams • Prepare comprehensive test plans, operational procedures, and testing documentation • Present control testing findings clearly and support remediation activities • Monitor corrective actions and execute regular follow-up testing • Support control frameworks, quality assurance (QA), and continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 15 years of formal education / degree completion • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in control testing, audit, compliance, risk management, or US mortgage operations • Strong analytical and communication skills with excellent attention to detail and sound judgment • Ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively in a collaborative team setup • Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) • Shift: Night Shift Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA Application Instructions: • Interested candidates should submit their updated resume to the designated hiring contact.
