Role & Company / Project Overview: JMEC is looking for an experienced Technical Manager – Electrical & Thermal Calibration Laboratory to lead our laboratory operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage technical and laboratory operations of Electrical & Thermal Calibration Laboratory. • Handle NABL audits, surveillance, and scope extension. • Develop calibration methods and measurement uncertainty budgets. • Approve calibration certificates and technical reports. • Ensure traceability of reference standards. • Support customers with technical solutions and proposals. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 6 to 8 Years of overall experience. • Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a NABL-accredited laboratory. • Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / E&I / Electronics / Instrumentation. • Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and NABL guidelines. • Hands-on experience in calibration of Electrical instruments (DMM, Clamp meter, Sources) and Thermal instruments (RTD, TC, Furnaces, Baths). • Proven experience in CMC (Calibration and Measurement Capability) and measurement uncertainty calculations. • Demonstrated experience handling NABL assessments. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Work Mode: Onsite laboratory operations. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
