Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiring for Android Developer / Senior Android Developer roles in Bangalore. A total of 6 openings are available across levels: Mid-Level (3–6 Years, 2 Openings) and Senior-Level (6–8 Years, 4 Openings). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Work with AOSP and the Android Framework to build robust embedded automotive solutions. - Design and implement Android HAL (AIDL/HIDL) and JNI interfaces. - Perform BSP integration and SoC platform bring-up. - Develop and maintain Binder IPC and Android system services. - Configure and manage builds using Android build systems (Soong and Make). - Conduct system-level debugging using ADB, logcat, dumpsys, systrace, and Perfetto. - Utilize Git, Gerrit, and CI/CD pipelines for source code control and delivery. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Total Experience: 3–8 Years (Mid-Level: 3–6 Years; Senior-Level: 6–8 Years). - Mandatory Skills: Hands-on experience with Android HAL (AIDL/HIDL) and JNI is mandatory. - Core Technical Skills: AOSP and Android Framework; Java, Kotlin, C, and C++; Android Automotive OS (AAOS) / Automotive Infotainment; BSP Integration and SoC Platform Bring-up; Binder IPC and Android System Services; Android Build Systems (Soong and Make); System-level debugging (ADB, logcat, dumpsys, systrace, Perfetto); Git, Gerrit, and CI/CD. - Good to Have: Linux Kernel and Device Tree; Android Driver Development; Automotive Infotainment System Experience. - Important Note: Candidates must strictly meet the experience criteria and have hands-on experience with the mandatory skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Mid-Level (3–6 Years): ₹9,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum (₹9–10 LPA). - Senior-Level (6+ Years): Up to ₹12,00,000 per annum (Up to ₹12 LPA). • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume via WhatsApp.
