We are hiring Team Leaders for Amazon Last Mile Operations in Bangalore. The role involves managing daily last-mile delivery operations, ensuring on-time deliveries, monitoring rider attendance, route allocation, and dispatch activities. Responsibilities include tracking delivery performance, productivity, and SLA adherence, coordinating with Delivery Associates, resolving operational issues, ensuring smooth shift operations, supporting the Station/Area Manager, preparing daily reports, maintaining operational KPIs, conducting team briefings, coaching, performance management, and ensuring safety, compliance, and process adherence at the delivery station. The candidate must handle escalations and maintain high customer service standards. Requirements include minimum 1-3 years of experience in Last Mile/Delivery Operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Ecom Express, etc.) mandatory, graduation preferred, good communication and leadership skills, basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office, ability to work rotational shifts, and immediate joiners preferred.
