• Role & Company / Project Overview B4 Technologies is hiring an Oracle SBC / ECB Engineer to join the technical team in Bangalore. The hiring process requires candidates to attend a Face-to-Face (F2F) final interview round. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Perform configuration, administration, management, and troubleshooting of Oracle SBC and ECB - Execute packet-level network troubleshooting and deep protocol analysis - Monitor voice traffic and troubleshoot issues using Wireshark and Oracle EOM monitoring tools - Support enterprise voice infrastructure and adhere to high-governance standards in a banking environment • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 4–6 Years - Strong understanding of Oracle SBC, ECB, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting - Excellent knowledge of IP telephony and voice protocols, including SIP, RTP, TDM, ISDN, TCP, UDP, and TLS - Hands-on experience with Wireshark and Oracle EOM monitoring tools - Strong knowledge of SIP RFC 3261 and packet-level network troubleshooting - Familiarity with SNMP, RADIUS, LDAP, DHCP, DNS, HTTPS, WINS, and Active Directory - Basic understanding of network and security platforms - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a high-governance banking environment • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore - Final Interview Round: Face-to-Face (F2F) • Compensation & Benefits - Package: Up to ₹11 LPA (11,00,000 INR per year) • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes with the B4 Technologies recruitment team.
