• Role & Company / Project Overview: Crusade Technologies is hiring an experienced Graph Database Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Neo4j, Java Backend Development, Graph Data Modelling, PostgreSQL, SQL, and GCP Data Engineering for their Bangalore location. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design and develop scalable Neo4j graph database solutions. - Create efficient graph data models for complex business relationships. - Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Cypher queries. - Build Java/Spring Boot backend applications, REST APIs, and microservices integrating with Neo4j. - Design and implement data ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines. - Integrate Neo4j and PostgreSQL with enterprise applications and data platforms. - Work with GCP BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Composer for data processing and workflow orchestration. - Implement graph analytics solutions for relationship mapping, recommendations, fraud detection, and knowledge graphs. - Perform Neo4j and PostgreSQL performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git. - Work with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and deployment. - Support production applications and troubleshoot database, application, and deployment issues. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 5–10 Years - Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days - Employment Type: C2H (Contract-to-Hire) - Mandatory Skills: * Strong hands-on experience with Neo4j * Strong knowledge of Cypher * Graph Data Modelling and relationship modelling * Strong Java Backend Development * Spring Boot / Spring Framework * REST APIs & Microservices * PostgreSQL & SQL * Hands-on experience with GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer / Apache Airflow) * ETL/ELT and data pipeline development * Git, Jenkins & CI/CD * Docker & Kubernetes * Linux and production troubleshooting - Good to Have: * Knowledge Graph / Semantic Data Modelling * Gremlin / SPARQL / GraphQL * RDF / Ontologies * Graph Analytics * GraphRAG / Generative AI / LLM applications * Vector Databases * Kafka / Spark * Other graph databases such as Neptune, TigerGraph, JanusGraph, or ArangoDB - Ideal Candidate Profile: Candidates with strong Neo4j + Cypher + Graph Modelling + Java/Spring Boot + PostgreSQL + GCP experience and exposure to production-grade graph applications. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India - Work Mode: Hybrid • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes highlighting relevant Neo4j experience.
