Role & Company / Project Overview: Qualite Manpower is organizing a recruitment drive for Big Data Engineers in Bangalore and Chennai. This opportunity offers the chance to work directly with MNCs, build scalable data solutions, work with cutting-edge technologies, and gain exposure to global projects and top industry leaders. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable big data pipelines and architectures. • Work with Hadoop and its ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, etc.) to handle large-scale data processing. • Build and optimize data pipelines using Python and PySpark. • Implement and support REST and GraphQL APIs for data integration. • Manage containerized data applications using Kubernetes and integrate CI/CD workflows. • Implement Apache Iceberg, data modeling, data warehousing, and modern lakehouse architectures. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4+ years of relevant experience in big data engineering. • Strong expertise in Hadoop Ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, etc.). • Proven proficiency in Python and PySpark. • Hands-on experience with API development (REST / GraphQL). • Strong skills in CI/CD and Kubernetes. • Working knowledge of Apache Iceberg, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, and Lakehouse Architecture. • Immediate joiners are preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore / Chennai, India. • Weekend Drive: Saturday availability is mandatory.
