Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring by Live Connections for an experienced Business Data Analyst (JL 5B) in Bangalore to collaborate with business and technical teams in improving dashboards, validating data, managing reporting requirements, and ensuring dashboards deliver accurate business insights. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Gather business requirements and document key performance indicators (KPIs). • Test and validate dashboards through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Check data accuracy, calculations, filters, and access permissions. • Coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve issues. • Manage dashboard enhancement requests, defects, and documentation. • Support users with dashboard-related queries and access requests. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 7–10 years of professional experience in Business Analysis or Data Analysis. • Experience in dashboard validation, UAT, and requirement gathering. • Knowledge of Amazon QuickSight / Quick Suite. • Basic exposure to SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow. • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Transferable experience: Candidates with relevant experience are preferred, but candidates with transferable experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, BI dashboards, UAT, or reporting are also welcome to apply. Amazon QuickSight experience is not the only deciding factor. • Good to Have: - Financial services or investment reporting experience. - Exposure to Amazon Bedrock or AI-based analytics. - AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS AI Practitioner certification.
