Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a passionate and skilled Security Analyst – GRC to strengthen our security and compliance team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Support IT General Controls (ITGC) and ISO 27001 implementation and compliance. • Provide support for regulatory and statutory audits. • Manage Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), including vendor risk assessments and security questionnaires. • Conduct access reviews and ongoing compliance monitoring. • Facilitate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and BCP drills. • Organize and deliver cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Information Security. • Essential background in information security audits, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks. • Strong hands-on knowledge in ITGC, ISO 27001, and TPRM. • Added advantage: Professional certifications such as CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or Security+.
