Role & Company / Project Overview: Bhash Software Labs is hiring a MIS & Customer Success Intern to join our team in Koramangala, Bangalore. This on-site internship role is focused on managing reporting and supporting customer success operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Maintain and update MIS reports and customer data. • Prepare daily and weekly reports using Excel or Google Sheets. • Track customer queries, follow-ups, and resolutions. • Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related issues. • Maintain accurate records and trackers. • Support the Customer Success team in day-to-day operational activities. • Monitor customer feedback and help improve customer experience. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory). • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. • Good follow-up and coordination skills. • Basic understanding of data and reporting. • Good attention to detail. • Freshers and students looking for internship opportunities are welcome to apply.
